Mr. Premsingh Sawhney holds a B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from NIT, Warangal and M.Tech from IIT, Mumbai. He has over 40 years of broad-based experience in conventional and unconventional hydrocarbon exploration and production businesses and other related businesses such as Underground Coal Gasification projects etc. He has acquired extensive experience in project management, field implementation of drilling programs, well completion, production operations, designing and construction of surface facilities such as gathering systems, compression and oil & gas processing etc. His CBM experience encompasses three commercial discoveries that have moved to development out of the six in total in India.
Mr. Shail Savla is a Mechanical Engineer and MBA from the USA with over 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. His sharp insights and analytical ability, combined with a dynamic approach, have been instrumental in the fast execution of numerous projects across various disciplines of exploration and production of oil and gas resources. Shail excels in project management, demonstrating exceptional skills in planning, coordination, and execution. His prompt decision-making abilities ensure timely and efficient project delivery, making him a valuable asset in high-pressure environments.
Navin Chandra Pandey holds a BE (Mechanical Eng.) degree with HONORS from Motilal Nehru Regional Engineering College, Allahabad (now NIT Allahabad), Uttar Pradesh, India and brings over 38 years of diverse experience in Oil & Gas field operations. His expertise spans across Oil & Gas field (both Onshore and Offshore), Procurement & Contracting, Deep Water Projects, Project Execution and Delivery, Oil & Gas asset Management and Digital Initiatives. He has also been actively involved in Alternate Energy Ventures including Coal Bed Methane (CBM) field development and Monetization as well as Solar & Wind Energy initiatives. In addition to served as a Director on the board of ONGC (A Maharatna PSU) , Mr. Pandey had also hold Directorship at North Eastern Transmission Company Ltd (NETC), ONGC Thermal Power Project Ltd (OTPC), and ONGC Videsh Limited (OVL) Presently, he is also an Independent Director at Bhavnagar Port Infrastructure Project Ltd (BPIPL) and Foresight Global PTE Ltd (FGPL).
Mrs. Shaily Dedhia is a qualified Company Secretary and holds a bachelor degree in Commerce & Law from Mumbai University. She also holds a Master degree in Commerce with Management as a subject from Mumbai University. Her profile includes vast experience of more than 15 years in legal, secretarial, compliance, Mergers, Amalgamation and other ancillary matters. Throughout her career she has been associated with Companies like MMRDA (Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority) (State Government Authority) & Sheth Creators Group of Companies, Sunteck Realty Limited and Group companies.
Mr. Vishal Gautambhai Palkhiwala has more than 27 years of diverse experience spread across
Finance, Accounts & Taxations and Administrations of Hotels, Restaurants, Trading &
Manufacturing companies. He is a Law Graduate, having post qualification experience of 27 years of
which 8 years of experience as the Chief Financial Officer of the Listed Company and rest with
various spheres including Indian Chartered Accountant Firms, Private Assignments with Multinational and International Companies, Hotel Industry as well as Oil & Gas Industry.
Ms. Priyanka Kishorbhai Gola is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company
Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a bachelor’s degree in law (LLB) and Commerce (B.Com) from
Saurashtra University. She has more than 6 years of experience in Listed Companies and she is also
the founder and proprietor of a well-known Corporate Law firm namely M/s. Priyanka Gola and
Associates, Practicing Company Secretaries, Ahmedabad. She has more than 10 years of work
experience in diversified areas including Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, Tax, ITes and
amongst other services across a wide range of industries and also worked with NBFCs and SEBI
Regulatory RIAs and handling all the compliances of PoSH, Foreign Investments, PIT regulations
etc.
