Mr. Premsingh Sawhney holds a B.Tech degree in Chemical Engineering from NIT, Warangal and M.Tech from IIT, Mumbai. He has over 40 years of broad-based experience in conventional and unconventional hydrocarbon exploration and production businesses and other related businesses such as Underground Coal Gasification projects etc. He has acquired extensive experience in project management, field implementation of drilling programs, well completion, production operations, designing and construction of surface facilities such as gathering systems, compression and oil & gas processing etc. His CBM experience encompasses three commercial discoveries that have moved to development out of the six in total in India.
Mr. Shanil Paras Savla, holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering from University of Connecticut and Master’s in Business Administration, USA. He has over 5 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry. He has knowledge of project finance and the complex geopolitical risks that impact supply chains and pricing. He is responsible for Finance, Investment, Management and Administration, Marketing and Strategy.
Mr. Vishal Gautambhai Palkhiwala has more than 27 years of diverse experience spread across Finance, Accounts & Taxations and Administrations of Hotels, Restaurants, Trading & Manufacturing companies. He is a Law Graduate, having post qualification experience of 27 years of which 8 years of experience as the Chief Financial Officer of the Listed Company and rest with various spheres including Indian Chartered Accountant Firms, Private Assignments with Multinational and International Companies, Hotel Industry as well as Oil & Gas Industry.
Mr. Narayanan Sadananda is a Graduate in commerce (with two groups cleared in Cost and Works Accounts) and an associate of Indian Institute of Bankers with four decades of experience in all facets of banking, expertise in Fund Management, Investment Banking, Correspondence & International Banking, Corporate, Commercial and Retail (including MSME) banking. He has worked in Gujarat, Mumbai and Frankfurt, Germany. His past experience includes serving as an advisor to the Equity Capital Market at SBI Capital Markets Limited, and as a senior advisor to the State Bank of India. He has also previously held the position of Managing Director and CEO at SBI Pension Funds Private Limited.
Mrs. Shaily Dedhia is a qualified Company Secretary and holds a bachelor degree in Commerce & Law from Mumbai University. She also holds a Master degree in Commerce with Management as a subject from Mumbai University. Her profile includes vast experience of more than 15 years in legal, secretarial, compliance, Mergers, Amalgamation and other ancillary matters. Throughout her career she has been associated with Companies like MMRDA (Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority) (State Government Authority) & Sheth Creators Group of Companies, Sunteck Realty Limited and Group companies.
Mrs. Shivani Digant Shah, aged 32 years, is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Rajgor Proteins Limited. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Gujarat University and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). With over seven years of experience in the secretarial and compliance domain, Mrs. Shah brings substantial expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and secretarial functions.
