To address the community’s needs, ongoing efforts have been made to provide essential support to individuals residing near our gas-producing blocks. This includes initiatives focused on ensuring the well-being of residents during colder seasons by providing warmth and comfort through appropriate means.
During the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, we took proactive measures to support the community’s health and safety. We continuously distributed hygiene items in the NK Block, helping to mitigate the spread of the virus and protect the health of residents.
Empowering Local Youth: Recognizing the potential of local youth, we initiated training programs in semi-skilled areas. Through these programs, young individuals are equipped with valuable skills and knowledge, paving the way for employment opportunities. Many of these trained individuals have been absorbed by our company, contributing to both their personal growth and the local economy.
As part of our commitment to education and skill development, we established the MVT Centre of Excellence at the NK Block. This state-of-the-art auditorium serves as a hub for learning and innovation, equipped with standard textbooks, drilling and production equipment, and working models. The centre provides hands-on training opportunities, field visits, and lectures delivered by domain experts, empowering individuals with the practical knowledge and expertise needed for success in the energy sector.
